Hair She Is LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGE OR STOLEN PACKAGES ONCE IN THE HANDS OF USPS. Once your tracking # is sent out through Hair She Is we are no longer responsible for that package in USPS hands.
