Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Ready to Ship items are refundable (please read details below):

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. All the items we sell are brand new unless stated otherwise. Therefore, to maintain our standards and services every item returned will be examined before accepting it.

Please email us at hairsheisextensions@gmail.com with your order #, name, and the reason you'll be returning or simply click the link to start a return: https://shopify.com/8099692629/account (You must have an account to start returns via online.) We charge a 4% restocking fee and this will come out of the total amount. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. All items must be in its original packaging and include all items that came within that package. 

We only accept a return if the item is unworn and unaltered within 3 business days of the delivery dateWhich means items may not have been combed, brushed, styled, washed, free of any personal make up and odors (cigarette, cigar or marijuana smoke) and free of any personal hair products. In the event that the item comes back, and inspection reveals that the item has been tampered with, it is no longer acceptable, and we will ship the item back to you which means it is now not refundable.

All pre-order items, products, accessories & wholesale orders are non-refundable.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please read all descriptions under the items you wish to purchase and take your time when checking out.

Cancellation Policy: Absolutely NO cancellations. We will proceed on fulfilling that order. Please read and be sure you’re ordering the correct items.
